Mellem mine møder i Paris har jeg gået byens gader tynde, og kom tilfældigt forbi Aesops lille butik i , så jeg fik lyst til at dele et par af de mange flotte butikker fra verden over.

Deres butikker er enestående og har faktisk meget lidt til fælles med hinanden, lige bortset fra den indbydende atmosfære og de overvældende og samtidig rolige indretninger. Aesop forstår virkelig at samarbejde med de bedste designere og arkitekter, for at få mest muligt ud af ethvert rum. Jeg er vild med at de tager hensyn til de særlige kendetegn ved nabolaget og den type af forretninger, som de har til naboer. I alle deres butikker, arbejder de med objekter og materialer, der fryder øjet på grund af farven, materialerne og historien.

Between my meetings in Paris, I walked the streets thin, and happened to come by Aesop’s small shop in Rue Saint-Honoré, so I wanted to share a few of the many fine shops from around the world.

Their shops are unique and actually have very little in common with each other, except for the welcoming atmosphere and the overwhelming and simultaneous calm interiour. Aesop really knows how to work with top designers and architects, to get the most out of any room. I love that they take into account the specific characteristics of the neighbourhood and the type of business that they have as neighbours. In all their stores, they work with objects and materials that please the eye because of the colour, materials and history.
