I feel like I write the same thing every time I get back from a trip, or at least I am thinking it, the back to reality feeling, the anticlimax you feel first morning back, when there is no breakfast, no one to make your bed, no fresh new towels twice a day, you know, the hotel accommodation is just not really the same no matter how hard you try.
Anyway. As you probably know from following Instagram, I went to Thailand two weeks ago. I was invited onboard the Star Clipper sailing from Phuket to Georgetown, Malaysia, and back up the coast to Phuket via the Similan Islands. 7 days on deck to be exact. It was a grand tour, and nothing like anything I have ever experienced before. I have sailed before, but never on a ship like this and never on a cruise. I kind of like the idea, don’t think I would appreciate it anywhere else, but I really didn’t need more time each place we anchored. Every day a new place, four days was just beach days, and then two days we visited a Orangutan nursery or speed boated around the beautiful waters around the Similan Islands.

Today I really just want to share my video from the trip. I brought my camera and drone get my vlog going again. I actually did love making the vlog a year ago, and I want to bring it back, but in another format – more inspiration to travel, interior and my other experiences, focus will be more on one thing, instead of my every day life. I hope you like it. Enjoy.
Oh. I’ll be back with more about the trip and reasons why you should try a cruise.
I was invited by the Star Clippers, which means they covered all expenses in relation to my 7 day trip, flights excluded
