I hope you enjoyed my three what to come in 2018 trend posts? I always enjoy making then and especially look back at the end of the year to see if I was right. I went out last night, dinner with friends turned to way too many cocktails, which reminded me, I haven’t shared the recipes for my cocktails from my collaboration with P Eatery.
My menu can still be ordered, so if you haven’t been yet, you have about a month more to go. Everything on the menu is inspired by love for liquorice, so we worked with Sambuca in both the food and the cocktails.
For my Maffioso you need:
- 4 cl. sambuca
- 3 cl. cherry heering
- 3 cl. antica formula
- 2 cl. fresh lime juice
- 1 cl. chickpea water
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake it well and hard. Strain in twice and pour it in a lowball glass with icecubes. Finally decorate the cocktail with a bit of freshly shredded lime peal.
