Coffee Break With Marimekko

It has been quite busy being back in Copenhagen, which is not a bad thing, it helps me keep my mind of certain things and focus on work, changes in my apartment and just looking ahead.

I find, when I have a lot going on (in my head) that getting up early, with plenty of time for coffee is the best way to go for me – and with my early start, I need yet another caffeine boost later in the afternoon (accompanied with a piece of chocolate). I picked up some of the new Marimekko Oiva/Veljekset collection the other day just to brighten up the dark mornings and gloomy days.

The pattern is designed to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Finland’s independence and given the name Veljekset meaning ”brothers”.
