I simply cannot get over how much I like this home. The monochromatic color scheme two story loft space broken up by brown leather and wooden details is just perfect. I high-ceiling living room connected to both the kitchen and the upstairs loft office and tv room space is full of light and many custom-made pieces, including the long credenza in the living room, the raw concrete coffee tables and metal shelf by the entryway.
While the home might feel a bit empty, I still think it just have enough detail to give it a cozy and livable feel. To give the home a contemporary, industrial look, the architecture team Zarta Studio and interior designers SHTAIGMAN incorporated raw materials, such as concrete, wood and metal with exposed beams and polished concrete floors.
