How I Dress My Kitchen Windows

Actually I hadn’t thought about blinds in my dining room/kitchen, it was until the guy from Luxaflex, who came around to put up my blinds in the bedroom, mentioned that they also had these blinds called Duette, perfect for a room like mine.

My kitchen is on the first floor and I have people living on the other side looking in, which can be quite annoying walking around in the morning in your undies making coffee – not to me, but to them. I read a study somewhere that people living in homes with large windows are actually not annoyed with people looking in, its more the people that walks by looking in, they think its too intimidating that they can look inside peoples home.

The blinds I got ease peoples prying eyes, but still allows me to look out and get sun through my windows, as you can adjust both at the top and the bottom.

The blinds you got for your window are indeed perfect to get the privacy that you need as it only covers what needs to be hidden from people outside while you still have the liberty to look at the outdoor scene from your window. I also like the fact that the sunlight can still get through the windows to give you natural lighting and that it is adjustable.
