Loft-Feeling in Kreuzberg

Genialt.

Jeg ville dog have ønsket at man havde valgt nogle andre spisebordsstole.

The fact that we are more excited about the Swedish real estate agents than the Danish can hardly come as a surprise. We have several times shown you apartments from Fantastic Frank, and here is one more. However, they have recently opened up on the German market and thus launched in Berlin. We had dreamed of Copenhagen though.

I’m still impressed with the commitment in the staging of the apartments from FF’s side. The uninhabited apartment almost seems livable and the decor is almost spot-on. I love the large built-in mirror between the living room and bedroom. And the fact that the apartment lacks a kitchen is taken care of with a roll of tape, giving the buyers an idea for how it could be done. Brilliant.

However, I would have wished that they had chosen some other dining chairs. I do not think they go particularly well with the rest of the decor and dining table.

Berliners will not be amused about another company fueling gentrification processes and driving up rent prices.
