I’m on the move again. I’m enjoying the sun and the heat in LA. I race around in a little white Fiat500 and today drove past the fine little shop Tortoise General Store, filled with handmade Japanese ceramics.

I pretty quickly spotted the stackable Hasami Porcelain designed by the store’s owner, Taku Shinomoto. Mugs, bowls and trays, all sharing the same diameter, so they can be stacked freely creating a whole work of art in itself.
