You might not know this, but I share my apartment with two other guys, sort of like living in a commune, however, I am in charge of most of the interior. The guys’ bedrooms are of course there own place to sort out, however, once in a while they do ask for advice.
We finally finished one of the guys bedroom and he agreed to let me share it with you guys – as I really like the result.
I really wanted to highlight the headboard, which is a very easy DIY headboard – a plywood piece, foam and a nice piece of woollen fabric and voila. Also we updated the bed with legs by prettypegs, which basically are legs for any of your Ikea furniture. We chose the ash wood with a brass toe and teak finish to give the bed a more updated classic and fun look.
Prettypegs offers replaceable furniture legs that add colour and character to all types of furniture pieces – regardless of manufacturer. Their products combine classic Scandinavian simplicity with colourful playfulness.
