Time For A Color Change

Spending the summer in LA means that I have now spent more time there than in my own new apartment. Already in the flight back across the Atlantic I realized I needed some change. I want some new furniture, already ordered some, and of course departed with a few pieces to make room for the new one. I am also looking to change some of the all the white walls. As I stated in my Interior-Micro-Trend post last week, all-white is so over. Luckily for me, Norwegian paint company Juton came out with their 2018 color chart this past week – and I am sold.

All photos are shot in some amazing surrounding, you really have to give it up to Danish photographer Line Klein and the Norwegian stylist duo Kråkvik & D´Orazio, they certainly know what they are doing.

I keep hearing that the all-white interior trend is over but I still love it so much! The slate blue walls with the black stairs is really nice though. Maybe I can reconsider.

All-white is very pretty indeed. If you are considering painting anyway, I would def consider some color.

I’ve always hated white walls. I find them cold, bland, and uninspiring. Makes me think of when we painted my daughter’s room orange. She said the color makes her happy.

Our world has gotten so gloomy as it is. We need to brighten things up a bit!

All of these photos are stunning ! They all seem so subdued and calming, no mess, no knick knacks cluttering the furniture tops. Just lovely, especially the first couple ones, i love that sort of Seashell Pink and i wouldn’t need a Therapist if i lived in one of these beautifully painted and decorated homes.
