Ud af huset: Wythe Hotel

På min tur til Brooklyn den anden dag, var jeg forbi det ny åbnede Wythe Hotel.

Wythe Hotel startede med opdagelsen af ​​en gammel fabriksbygning ved Brooklyns havnefront. Bygget i 1901 og brugt som bødkerværksted. Hotellet har bevaret og renoveret den historiske industribygning til et sted, hvor folk føler sig velkomne. Værelserne har naturligvis alt hvad man forventer af et nyt hotel – og ekstra sejt er sengene lavet af træ fra bygningens loft.

Hotellet har naturligvis også en restaurant og ligger i super hyggelige Williamsburg. Prisen er bestemt ud fra om du vil have udsigt over Manhattan eller Brooklyn, men ca. 300 USD per nat.

 

Out of the house: Wythe Hotel

On my trip to Brooklyn the other day, I went past the newly-opened Wythe Hotel.

Wythe Hotel began with the discovery of an old factory building at Brooklyn’s waterfront. Built in 1901 and used as a cooperage. The hotel has preserved and renovated the historic industrial building into a place where people feel welcome. Rooms has of course everything you expect from a new hotel – and extra cool, the beds is made ​​of reclaimed wood from the building’s ceiling.

Obviously, the hotel also has a restaurant and is located in super cozy Williamsburg. Price is determined by whether you want the views of Manhattan or Brooklyn, but approx. 300 USD per night.
