Blogger Tour Stockholm #4 – More Fair Highlights

Vi diskuterede lidt i mine sidste highlights fra Stockholm Furniture Fair, at de store altid fik mest omtale. Og det skal bestemt ikke hedde sig, at vi kun kigger på Menu, String og &tradition – jeg har været arkiverne igennem og fundet flere spændende nyheder.

After my last highlights from Stockholm Furniture Fair we discussed a bit that it was always the larger companies that get the most publicity. And it definitely should not be called out that we only look at Menu, String and &tradition – I’ve been through the archives and found more exciting news.

En bog, en stor udstilling og nye møbler. Der er fart på den dansk/italienske designduo GamFratesi, som også var årets æresgæster på messen. Sammen med Lightyears lancerede de den lille fine bordlampe Volume.

A book, an exhibition and new furniture. There’s no stopping for the Danish/Italian design duo GamFratesi, which was also this year’s guests of honour at the fair. Along with Lightyears they launched the fine little table lamp Volume.

Plank Sofa er blevet til i et samarbejde mellem den norske designtrio KnudsenBergHindenes, dk3 og Dinesen.

Copenhagen fra Vifa er den første i en serie af trådløse højttalere, som lanceres i de kommende år; alle designet til den, som værdsætter eksklusivt design lige så højt som autentisk lyd.

Copenhagen by Vifa is the first in a series of wireless speakers, to be launched in the coming years, all designed for the person who appreciate exclusive design as high as the authentic sound.

04 Made By Hand

Den kreative oprindelse Made By Hand er eksemplificeret ved den klassiske danske arbejdslampe fra 1950’erne designet af A. Wedel-Madsen, som nu er i produktion igen.

The creative origin Made By Hand is exemplified by the classic Danish work lamp from the 1950s designed by A. Wedel Madsen, which is now in production again.
