We all know the name Arne Jacobsen, one of the pioneers of Danish architecture and design. When he took on design projects, he would always make sure to design everything down to the smallest details, so when he designed city hall in Rødovre (a suburb to Copenhagen), he also designed a wall clock, the City Hall.
It is classic and timeless, designed in 1956, and has just been re-launched in a bronze aluminum crown with a royal blue face, with the blue being the same blue as you’ll see at another of Arne’s total design projects, the iconic Radisson Blu Hotel in Copenhagen. So elegant and majestic.
