Just three more weeks and I’ll be reunited with my favorite office space, my LA office. During my last visit I got around to get the finishing touches in – and Mr. LA had even pulled out a few surprise finishes (you’ll have to wait for those, until my next visit). With the walls and interior done, all I needed to do was to find artwork for the walls – something that always takes me hours and hours – but I found what I was looking for at Desenio.
The code “bungalow5dk25” gives 25% off posters* Tuesday 11th September – Thursday 13th September.
*Except for frames and handpicked-/collaboration posters
I wanted it fairly simple, with some statement black and white abstract art mixed with some photography, which tells a story, with a reference to Scandinavia, but with a dreamy and sophisticated feeling of LA.
I searched through the massive Desenio collection – and found exactly what I wanted. Every piece of art can create movement, dimension, depth, a great contrast for every deco corner and a whole room, which is why I knew I had to get the simple, single line drawing, which for some reason reminds me of Scandinavia – and then I wanted to go all in on palm tree. Cliché being in LA maybe, but I love them. Nothing is more iconic to California than palm tree, but living in Topanga, in the canyon between Malibu and Santa Monica, you don’t see them every day, so I wanted them, especially because I haven’t persuaded Mr. LA to plant me some in the garden (yet!).
Use my VIP-code “bungalow5dk25”– and get incredible 25% off posters! Just like any other offer and discount, you need to hurry, as my VIP-code only works until Thursday 13th 2018 (not valid for handpicked and frames). They ship worldwide and sell at very reasonable prices.
Picking the many perfect prints is not easy, but with this discount, you might as well just pick them all. Add a few of those cheap frames also, they might be cheap, but last forever and look amazing – and of course fits the prints perfectly.
Posted in partnership with Desenio. Thoughts and opinions are 100% my own. Thanks for supporting collaborations that I am excited about and that have kept Bungalow5’s doors open.
