Ny Perfektion

New Perfection

I have deliberately saved this news until we came to the kitchen week in the SpringCure 2011. Last week we were fortunate (or rather T was unfortunate, she had a sick daughter) but I was lucky to be part of a small event. Here, AEG chose to invite us to eat a delicious dinner prepared by chef Morten Paaske (Formel B) to launch their new Neue Collection.

I could of course not put a finger on the food – if you want to try to make the course on your own, then Miras Madblog have been kind enough to share some of the recipes (only in danish). The new collection from AEG – yes – it was very nice!

What I liked the most was – and now on my wish list for my upcoming new kitchen – fridge on one side, freezer and wine fridge on the other (it is barely visible behind Morten). Really nice! And the new thing everyone should have in their kitchen is an oven with steam – then there is almost no reason to go on expensive Michelin restaurants anymore.
