Raw, Understated Minimalist Berlin Home

I survived the daunting heatwave and simultaneously fighting the cold, and my creative mind have not really been up to no good this past week. I feel like I have watch everything on Netflix, I have even watch the 3 first Jurassic Park movies (don’t even bother).

Anyway, now there is no excuses anymore. I am tackling the home LA office for real now, furniture bought, floor done, now I just need to get the painting done and a set of new French doors installed. Hopefully it will all be done this coming weekend. I am also working on a few other cool projects, which I’ll share later this week.

Today, I wanted to share this amazing home I’ve had bookmarked for a while. I’ll start by saying this: this is how I want to live, for real. It is a new project by Berlin-based interior designer and stylist Annabell Kutucu. I have shared a few of projects previously here and here, but this one is her best work in my opinion. I just love her style and use of natural materials and her very understated yet warm, minimalist aesthetic. Don’t you just love the interiors, the wooden furniture, rough linen and carpets, all those mid-century vintage finds and unique objects, and that raw concrete floor, stunning, just stunning.
