What used to be a company all about outdoor furniture in teak is now so much more. Within the last couple of years Danish Skagerak have worked with new and upcoming designers, such as Swedish Anton Björsing, Søren Refsgaard og Danish Halstrøm | Odgaard.
Chris Liljenberg Halstrøm and textile designer Margarethe Odgaard has definitely been busy, together they have created a new great shelving system, Vivlio. The materials are ash and steel, it comes in three different heights and colours, and the number of places this could work is endless. You can build as you like and could be used books, room divider, bedroom side tables, hallway displays, basically anywhere really.
”Vivlio Shelf System is a flexible shelving unit that both showcases and conceals. The shelves come in three different heights and may either present their open front to the room or face away to conceal their content. Vivlio’s colour options for shelves and frame create a wide range of options in a celebration of the flexibility and aesthetic of simplicity.”
